Inbound Tour Executives

1. Location: New Delhi
2. Minimum 1 year experience in inbound tours
3. Must have completed or nearing completion of Graduate degree
4. Excellent geographic knowledge of India and up to date with news and events in travel trade
5. Excellent communication skills - spoken and written
6. Ability to multi-task - organise and prioritize workload and be able to perform under pressure to meet specified deadlines

8. Responsible and Confident in Operations handling:
   1. Stage 1 - 'Query Handling' Stage: Liaising with agents on email / phone and clearly understanding requirements. Preparing appropriate itineraries and costings to suit clients requirements
   2. Stage 2 - 'Reservation' Stage: Being able to liaise with suppliers to make required reservations and reconfirmations pre arrival of pax
   3. Stage 3 - 'Tour Implementation' Stage: Ensuring smooth flow of tour from pax arrival to departure. This will involve liaising with suppliers / agents / direct clients on a regular basis to ensure best service is delivered to clients.
