Accounts Assistant

  • Location: Mahipalpur, New Delhi
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Accounts Dept of an organisation
  • Must have completed or nearing completion of an Accounts related Graduate degree
  • Preferred: Experience on Tally 9, Forex regulations and remittances, banking and RBI regulations

Tour executive - Inbound operations

  • Location: Mahipalpur, New Delhi
  • Minimum 1 year experience in inbound tours
  • Must have completed or nearing completion of Graduate degree
  • Excellent geographic knowledge of India and up to date with news and events in travel trade
  • Excellent communication skills - spoken and written
  • Ability to multitask organise and prioritize workload and be able to perform under pressure to meet specified deadlines
  • Strong team working skills - should be able to gel with colleagues
  • Responsible and Confident in Operations handling:
    • Stage 1 - 'Query Handling' Stage: Liaising with agents on email / phone and clearly understanding requirements. Preparing appropriate itineraries and costings to suit clients requirements
    • Stage 2 - 'Reservation' Stage: Being able to liaise with suppliers to make required reservations and reconfirmations pre arrival of pax
    • Stage 3 - 'Tour Implementation' Stage: Ensuring smooth flow of tour from pax arrival to departure. This will involve liaising with suppliers / agents / direct clients on a regular basis to ensure best service is delivered to clients.
  • Proactive attitude - willing to take initiative and learn

Senior Tour Executive - Inbound Operations

  • Location: Mahipalpur, New Delhi
  • Minimum 5 years experience in inbound tours
  • Must meet all the required criteria for Tour Executive (see above)
  • Minimum qualification = Graduate degree
  • Hands on geographic knowledge of India - tourist attractions, hotels, restaurants, midways, shopping, transport etc in various cities

  • Location: Mahipalpur, New Delhi
  • Minimum 5 years experience in an HR position
  • Minimum Education Qualification: Graduate degree
  • Excellent communication skills - spoken and written
  • To assess manpower requirements and organise suitable advertising for recruitment
  • To assist in formulation of HR policies & ensure effective implementation
  • To execute all HR transactions, payroll & effectively handle employee grievance
  • To ensure compliance with statutory requirements, regular attendance updates, leave management, employee file management
  • Co-ordinating induction of new staff by fulfilling all required formalities
  • Co-ordinating training and development initiatives
  • Must have practical experience and exposure to labour laws, PF, ESI, Payroll Softwares, Compensation & Benefits schemes, to be able to design CTC Gross Salary break-up with regards to minimum wages act, & labour acts.
