Upon your arrival in Kathmandu this afternoon, you will be met by our representative at the airport. After a warm welcome you will be escorted to your hotel.  Enjoy an evening at leisure in Kathmandu.

After breakfast, visit the Kathmandu Durbar Square, which is famous for its exquisite architecture and artistic embellishments. Then visit Pashupatinath Temple, a temple dedicated to Lord Shiva and one of the most sacred Hindu shrines in the world, on the banks of Bagmati River.

This afternoon, visit Boudhanath stupa which is the largest stupa in Nepal and one of the largest in the world and Swayambhunath Stupa, one of the world’s oldest Buddhist chaityas, acclaimed to be more than 2500 years old.

Take an early morning excursion to Nagarkot (approx 2200 meters), for panoramic sunrise views of the snowy Himalayan peaks.

This afternoon, visit the Patan Durbar Square, which is one of the most historically important cities of the Kathmandu valley. Patan is known as the centre of fine arts and for the superb craftsmanship of its artisans. Patan Durbar Square has been acclaimed as one of the finest urban streetscapes in the world.

This morning, visit Bhaktapur Durbar Square, which was the former capital of the valley, and was once a flourishing city on the trade route to Tibet. Bhaktapur is a store house of mediaeval art and architecture, including the Golden Gate at the Palace of 55 Windows. Bhaktapur’s traditional crafts are pottery and weaving.
